Return policy

Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be returned to the market in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products are not taken back. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the Product (s) purchased and the delivery costs are reimbursed; the return costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 DAYS from the receipt by the Seller of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions provided for in this article.
